The hotel's location is fantastic, right on the Gulf Side and near the State park entrance, making it ideal for a resort stay. The rooms had some maintenance issues like missing plaster chunks and rusty appliances, plus noise from the elevator nearby. The service was kind and neat with a slight miss in informing about breakfast days.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although spacious and clean with a lovely beach view from the balcony, felt a bit old and in need of some updating. The service was a bit inconsistent, with some staff members being friendly and helpful while others were not as attentive. The location was convenient for accessing the Gulf State Park and beach, but it seemed a bit forgotten compared to other condos. Sadly, the dining options were limited, and there was no breakfast included. Overall, it was comfortable but had some areas that could be improved.
